Kerry began his directing career 20 years ago at the fabled House of Blues on Sunset Strip. He became the staff director for their concert website when putting concerts on the internet before broadband was a thing. Over the course of 4 years, he directed hundreds upon hundreds of live concerts in every genre of music.

Since then he has become a prolific filmmaker, directing shows the world over. From the iTunes Festival for 6 years in London, to Nine Inch Nails in Tokyo, to 12 years of Coachella in the desert, to Neil Diamond’s last show at the Greek Theatre in Los Angeles.

From his childhood experiences as a drummer in marching band to arguing with Prince give him a wide palette of experiences to bring to his work. He thinks that shooting live music should be artistic and filmic, and not television. He tries to bring the music, lyrics, and live performance to life in an artful and slightly mysterious way for the home viewer
